Q: We would love to hear about your professional journey that led to this role. Care to share?
A: After an exciting 2 year administrative role in a distribution company for The Bay in Alberta, I relocated to Ontario to be closer to family. After a brief maternity leave, I put on my Unemployment Application form that I was interested in banking. That very quickly put me in a position with National Bank where I stayed and learned all aspects of small branch operations – daily banking, investing, lending, … After a 15 year tenure, word was out in the community that the branch was scheduled to close and after being recommended to Tracey, I found myself out of work for all of 2 days before entering into a receptionist position with Credit Risk Management.

Q: Who was your role model growing up?
A: My Dad

Q: What skill would you love to learn, at work or in general?

A: Determination

Q: What’s your favourite piece of office equipment?
A: The calculator!

Q: Which time period would you visit in history?
A: The 1930’s and 1940’s on the Canadian prairies.
